Now that EuroQ2L is over, we're going to enter a long Q2-free period called "Summer". Some people came up with the idea of restarting a Pickup Channel.
How does that work?
You enter that channel, type !add and the pickup bot will add you to the topic. When 8 people are added, the game is ready to start and you'll be directed to a server.
The poll
You can see a poll about it on the right. We can gain benefit of all the people already idling on #euroq2l and add the bot on that channel.
Or if you want #euroq2l to remain quiet during your Q2 hybernation, we can create a seperate channel for the pickups.
Finally, if for some reasons you don't want a pickup channel at all, you can also vote "no".

After half a year of intense battles, where group stage and playoffs showed who is really worth of fighting for the gold, we finally reached the time when the league is over. In division 2,  overskilled met  OWNED and in quite one sided match showed that they deserve the gold. For third place there was a fight between  xeno and weDream, where xeno came out as a winner of 3rd place in div 2. In division 1, clan  HBQ have beaten play> in really intense and close match (don't forget to check demos in demosquad). Unfortunately there won't be any match for third place as both clans are unavailable / inactive. Here are the final standings:
Division I
1.  Harry Boy Quakers
2.  play>
3-4.   Wizards / elite sYnthesis
Division II
1. overskilled
2. OWNED
3. xeno
Congratulations to all the clans, thanks to every clan which participated in EQ2L #9, __d34d for taking care of GTV most of the time, D4Rus / Danka for providing the radio, all shoutcasters which made watching the match more enjoyable, all the people who were running scorebot on IRC, all the admins for their work during the season and all othe people who helped somehow, or were just whining at #euroq2l. Without you the season wouldn't be so enjoyable as it was! See you next season.

So the league is near its end and the only left games are the finals! Only the best teams of both divisions came all the way through to this point and now it's time to find out who are the best. Here are the final games:
